Make Your Phone Your Own

Set up your phone lock with a pin code by going to Settings > Security > Screen Lock. (Pin codes are the most secure screen lock option.)
Decide if you want to use location services by going to Settings > Location. (We turned it off by default.)
Set up a VPN. We recommend ProtonVPN for a free option and NordVPN (<– just so you know, that’s an affiliate link) for a paid option.
Use the Aurora app store to download your apps. To help with your choices, be sure to check the privacy and permissions listed near the bottom of each app description page.
